DELIVERY COST:
There is a charge of 99p per item on deliveries to any countries within the EU.
There is a charge of £2.35 per item on deliveries to any countries outside of the EU.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME:

It's best to check the stock availability notice on your item when placing your order. This will provide an indication of when the item will leave their warehouse. You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.

Also, remember to add postal time (3-5 working days) to obtain a complete estimate of delivery to your door if you are in the EU area.

For deliveries outside the UK, remember to add postage time (15 working days) to obtain a realistic estimate of when you can expect your item to be delivered.

They do allow up to 10 working days for delivery inside the UK to account for any postage delays that are out of their control, and for deliveries outside the UK we allow up to 30 days for delivery to account for any postal delays.

If your order has failed to arrive after this, they will investigate further and arrange a replacement.
